Zocdoc is looking for a Specialist, Customer Experience to deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare provider accounts and foster authentic connections, inspiring engagement and ensuring that providers can easily access the benefits of Zocdoc's platform.
Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in verbal and written form
Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
