Role OverviewAs a Specialist Donor Box Truck Driver, you will perform phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products, interact with donors and coordinators, and provide a high level of customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience. You will also operate the mobile drive vehicle and transport staff in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires promoting and maintaining a collaborative and respectful team culture and contributing to a strong and engaging employee experience.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include following DOT guidelines when operating the full-size commercial van, preparing collection sites, performing donor screening, and treating donors with customer service excellence. You will also conduct automation, recruit and convert donors, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred
- Less than 1 year job-related experience required
- Valid and in-state driver's license with prior driving experience required
- Box Truck certification required
