Role OverviewThe Specialist, Donor performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products, delivering an excellent donor experience through warm, professional, and service-oriented interactions. The individual contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives and promotes a collaborative and respectful team culture.
What You Will Do
Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy, treats donors with customer service excellence, and responds to customer inquiries and complaints. May conduct automation, recruits and converts donors for automation, and maintains product integrity.
