Role Overview

The Specialist HR Analytics role is responsible for delivering workforce reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support HR and business decision-making. The position partners with stakeholders across HR and Information Services to manage recurring and ad hoc analytics, translate workforce data into actionable recommendations, and leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP, and SuccessFactors to ensure accurate, meaningful, and business-aligned reporting.

What You Will Do

Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting, develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other analytical products, analyze data to identify trends, variances, risks, and underlying drivers, and communicate what changed, why it matters, and where action may be required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with at least one business-intelligence platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Working to intermediate knowledge of SQL, data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple data sources
  • Experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or a comparable HR information system is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into reports, dashboards, measures, and analytical solutions
  • Strong data-storytelling skills, including the ability to explain findings, implications, and recommended actions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and governance
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive employee information
  • Experience developing executive or senior-leadership dashboards and analytical narratives
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, data models, reporting automation, workforce planning, forecasting, retention, or workforce-cost analysis
  • Experience working in a large, complex, unionized, regulated, or multinational organization
