Job Description
The Deployment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery and functionality of terminal hardware and software, overseeing quality assurance, managing terminal inventory assets, and coordinating procurement of packaging supplies.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge in all Terminal software
  • Troubleshoot download files as applicable
  • Purchase order placement
  • Hardware debit encryption
  • FutureX device maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current terminals, pin pads, check readers, etc.
  • Maintain Salesforce SLA for Deployment and File Build
  • Handle program add-ons {check service, debit, EBT, gift cards, WEX, etc.
  • Oversee the QC/QA process of daily deployments and file builds
  • Act as Liaison with Third Party equipment vendor
