Role OverviewThe Specialist, North American Operations, is responsible for maintaining the expected service level of all EFW shipments, updating shipments with the most accurate and timely status, and ensuring the quality of service provided to EFW customers. This role involves tracking, tracing, and monitoring Estes Forwarding shipments, performing clerical processes, and maintaining data for specific customers and markets.

Track and update shipment status, perform clerical processes, process customer information, monitor service provider updates, and maintain data for specific customers and markets.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the Transportation or Freight Forwarding industry preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
