Job Description
Seeking a seasoned Specialist Paralegal to support the International Trade Commission (ITC) and Intellectual Property Litigation practice. The ideal candidate has deep ITC expertise, exceptional litigation judgment, and the ability to operate at an elite level on complex, high-stakes matters.
Requirements
10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
7+ years of IP litigation experience, including substantial ITC matters
Significant trial and arbitration experience
Demonstrated career longevity and experience at an Am Law 100/200 or top regional firm
