Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Paralegal to provide advanced-level support to attorneys in complex intellectual property and International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in preparing complex trial documents, including motions in limine, jury instructions, verdict forms, and pleadings
  • Extensive trial experience, including direct experience with ITC proceedings (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and web-based conferencing tools
  • Microsoft Word, including document comparison tools
  • Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets and database applications)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Expert proficiency with transcript management tools (e.g., LiveNote)
  • Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and government systems (PACER, EDIS, USPTO)
  • Expert knowledge of IP litigation procedures, terminology, and jurisdictional processes
  • Strong understanding of timekeeping, expense reporting, and legal billing systems
