Job Description
The Physical Assets Specialist will support projects in the UCAN (USA, Canada) region, managing physical creative assets through their production life-cycle, from purchase to final use phase. The role requires a passionate, self-motivated individual with strong organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous studio experience or hands-on office or set experience in feature film or television production required
  • Proficiency with data management tools (familiarity with Airtable, Slack, FileMaker Pro, Sync On Set and Asset Hub beneficial but not required)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar and Mail), ability to learn new software and technologies
