Role OverviewThis job is a member of the Global HR Investigations & Policy team within the People Division, supporting the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. Conducts investigations into claims of potential harassment, retaliation, and discrimination, and provides findings and summaries. Partners with operational leadership in investigations and conducts data analysis on complaints and related metrics.

Conducts investigations, provides findings and summaries, partners with operational leadership, conducts data analysis, and represents the People partner team on various projects/committees.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of professional level experience in employee relations, internal affairs, investigative reporting/writing, EEOC Investigations, or mediation/arbitration
- 5+ years of experience handling internal complaint workplace investigations
- Must be thoroughly familiar with state and federal employment laws
