What You Will Do
Maintains competency to answer most frequently asked questions from internal and external customers. Handles customer inquiries referring only the more complex matters such as those needing management approval and/or questions of policy interpretation to other staff.

Requirements
- High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
- Associate's Degree in a science related field (Preferred)
- 1+ years physician support experience in health care/medical educational setting (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel
- customer service skills
- knowledge of medical terminology
- knowledge of pathology terminology
- knowledge of pathology lab testing
- Computer skills, preferably with knowledge of laboratory information systems
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage own time efficiently
- Organization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret both internal and external documents
