As a Specialist, Talent Recruitment – Home Office Outreach, you will own sourcing and early-stage selection for central office and regional roles. You will build high-quality pipelines, engage passive candidates, and guide them through the initial stages of our hiring process. Your work will directly shape the teams that support our schools, staff, and students.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building (60%)
- Identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates for central office and regional roles (Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
- Map talent markets to understand where strong candidates are working and how to engage them effectively
- Track outreach and pipeline activity to ensure consistent progress across roles
Candidate Engagement & Screening (30%)
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate alignment, experience, and readiness for next steps
- Clearly evaluate candidates against role requirements and make recommendations on who should advance
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive candidate experience throughout early stages of the process
Hiring Manager Partnership (10%)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles
- Share updates on pipeline health and adjust sourcing strategies as needed
- Ensure smooth handoff of candidates into later-stage interviews
