Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, Violence Intervention Specialist to join our team. The Violence Intervention Specialist conducts street outreach in targeted community settings where violent incidents are prevalent.

Requirements

  • Conduct street outreach in targeted community settings
  • Prevent and mitigate violent incidents within high-risk areas
  • Engage with individuals involved in conflicts, providing de-escalation, mediation, and resources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-risk individuals
  • Identify and connect high-risk individuals with Outreach Case Coordinators and/or Community Health Workers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
