Role OverviewThe Specialized Behavioral Health Resource Parent Support Worker ensures that SBH Resource Parents receive training, support, and coaching necessary to maintain the stability and well-being of the child and/or youth in their homes. The SBH RPSW will collaborate with and serve as liaison between the SBH RP and Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) Case Manager (CM) to ensuring that the Single Case Plan (SCP) is adhered to and up to date.
What You Will Do
Participate in weekly one-hour supervision, maintain a maximum case load of 14 children and/or youth, complete 40 hours of training in the first year and 20 annually thereafter, focused on trauma and behavioral health, perform initial and quarterly home inspections, provide face-to-face support to RPs at a minimum of two time per month, and develop and implement an Individualized Crisis Response Plan.
