Role OverviewThis employee is responsible for managing a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts and investigating, monitoring, and resolving specialty accounts. The position will comply with internal policies and procedures on handling specialty accounts. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve seamless customer experiences.
What You Will Do
Manage a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts, handle inbound and outbound calls, ensure all account activity is properly documented, perform medium to heavy skip tracing activities, manage repossession assignments, and adhere to department standards for effective queue management.
