Job Description
To ensure that all products are cut and trimmed into specified weight and size according to product specification, in a manner which complies with company safety procedures, customer and USDA requirements. The Specialty Cutter will perform various tasks on a moving conveyor belt, including spreading or styling product, performing multiple types of packing and weighing, pulling bones from product, inspecting, grading and removing product that does not meet standards.

Requirements

  • Read and understand scale and product numbers
  • Ability to make good decisions and communicate effectively with others and leadership team
  • Familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems
