Job Description
Join UT Southwestern Specialty Pharmacy as a certified pharmacy technician to support patients with complex therapies. Assist with prescription processing and fulfillment, coordinate prior authorizations, and ensure timely medication delivery.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience as retail pharmacy technician or equivalent
(PHARM INT) PHARMACY INTERN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Registered Technician or Pharmacist Intern
(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Preferred: 1 year specialty pharmacy experience, (PTCB-CPHT) CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN National certification with Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
