Goodr is seeking a Specialty Sales Director to lead a team in managing their relationships with specialty retail partners. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building brand presence, and ensuring that their shades are readily available in the right stores. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, loves sales, and values autonomy and sustainability.

Requirements

  • May or may not have a degree
  • 7+ years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • At least 5+ years working directly with specialty retail accounts
  • Proven experience building and executing specialty account strategies
  • Salesforce experience is a MUST
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of specialty retail strategy and CPG best practices
  • Comfortable tracking and reporting on sales metrics
