Role OverviewThe Specialty Sales Representative will travel within their territory promoting Option Care Health's infusion capabilities and value messages across multiple specialties in physician offices within their market.
What You Will Do
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals to Option Care Health. Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.

2–5 years of experience in business-to-business or healthcare sales, with a proven ability to generate referrals and grow revenue. Demonstrated success in the infusion center, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare market.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in business-to-business or healthcare sales
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90% of the time
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate company strategy into persuasive messaging tailored to the provider audience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and learning agility
