A Style Consultant is responsible for driving sales and delivering a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings. The role requires strong operations, guest service, and visual merchandising skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
