Job Description
We are looking for a Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. You will also be responsible for setting visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales, maintaining product availability, and executing and maintaining backroom organization.

Requirements

  • Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
