Role OverviewCollaborate with campus case managers to ensure effective IEP development, implementation, and meetings. Ensure documentation and progress monitoring for students with IEPs. Develop and monitor systems for distributing IEPs and implementing ARD decisions.
What You Will Do
Schedule and facilitate ARD meetings, monitor ARD documentation, serve as primary point of contact for parents, maintain neutral facilitation, and engage in weekly meetings with the principal.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
- 3+ years of Teaching experience including Special Education
- Demonstrated expertise in specially designed instruction and inclusive practices
- Demonstrated experience facilitating ARD/IEP meetings and ensuring compliance
- Strong knowledge of IDEA, ARD procedures, and special education instructional practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, educators, administrators, and service providers
- Proficiency with district data systems (e.g., EDPlan/EasyIEP, Review 360) and Google/Microsoft tools
