Requirements

• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop Individual Education Plans
• Implement instructional programs for assigned students
• Work cooperatively with classroom teachers
• Participate in ARD Committee meetings
• Consult with classroom teachers regarding student behavior
• Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning
• Manage student behavior and administer discipline
