Job Description
The Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Special Education Teacher (SPED Teacher) to work with students in grades 6-8. The ideal candidate will have a valid teaching license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education, endorsed in LBS1, and a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. The teacher will be responsible for the instruction, progress, tracking, and discipline of all students in assigned classes.
