Role OverviewWe are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Rockwall, Texas. What You Will Do
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients with deficits within the covered scope of an SLP, including increasing intelligibility of speech, using alternative or augmentative devices, addressing cognitive functions, and improving swallowing safety.

Requirements
- CF or CCC licensure
- Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to document patient evaluations, treatment progress notes, and discharge summaries
