Role OverviewTheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Fort Myers, Florida. The SLP will work with students with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team, helping students develop the communication skills they need to participate successfully in their school day.
What You Will Do
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help students develop the speech, language, and communication skills needed to access their education and participate successfully in the school environment. Responsibilities may include providing direct speech and language therapy services, conducting evaluations and assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing consultation and support to teachers and families.

Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active or eligible for Florida Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Appropriate Florida Department of Education certification or credential for school-based practice, as required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) candidates may be considered, with appropriate supervision available
