Role OverviewAs a Speech Language Pathologist with Caringhand Home Health Solutions, you will work directly with patients and their families in their homes to improve communication, function, and quality of life. You'll collaborate with a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering excellent, coordinated care.
What You Will Do
Evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, deliver speech therapy, recommend communication devices, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Californian SLP license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical SLP experience
- Current CPR certification with AHA
- Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and organizational skills
