Job Description
We have an immediate need for a licensed Speech-language Pathologist (SLP) with Dysphagia certification for a permanent position in a Home Health setting. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing patient treatment plans to restore or adapt for loss of patient function and planning medically prescribed therapy treatments.

Requirements

  • Graduate of AHSA accredited school
  • State therapy license or eligible in Texas
  • Certification of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
  • CPR certification
  • Dysphagia certification
  • Supervise SLPAs
  • Bilingual preferred
