Role OverviewHealthPro Heritage has a great PRN Speech Language Pathologist opportunity at Elderberry Healthcare in Marshall, NC. Must be a CCC Speech Language Pathologist licensed in the state of North Carolina. Skilled Nursing setting offering Short term, Long term and Assisted Living services.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.

Requirements
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP)
