Job Description
We are seeking a Speech Therapist SLP to provide evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions to home health patients in York County, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a valid professional license in the state of practice and a graduate degree from an ASHA-accredited school.

Requirements

  • Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan and within established timelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with Home Health partners, United Rehab partners, patients, patients' families, and other internal and external customers as appropriate.
  • Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
