Role OverviewThe Speech/Language Pathologist organizes and conducts speech/language programs for the facility to facilitate rehabilitation. He/she directs resident participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
What You Will Do
Evaluates residents, develops treatment goals, implements speech therapy plans, and documents services. Coordinates adaptive communication devices, selects activities, and instructs residents. Consults with the rehabilitation team and adapts programs according to individual needs.

Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Master's Level Speech Language curriculum certified by the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state.
- Eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association.
