Role OverviewThe Spine Service OR Coordinator will perform clinical duties, manage supplies, and coordinate vendors for spine surgery cases. The coordinator will work with the OR team, CPD, and supply chain to ensure standardization, accuracy, and quality patient care.
What You Will Do
The coordinator will perform duties of a scrub nurse and circulator, manage specialty supply levels, and ensure that specialty instruments are maintained. They will also develop and revise preference cards, manage inventory, and participate in the OR Value Analysis team.

Requirements
- Associate degree or above as a Registered Nurse
- Licensure as a RN by the Commonwealth of Virginia
- CPR
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room
- Previous experience leading an OR team
- Previous Spine Surgery experience
