The primary responsibilities of this role include working with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehicles, checking in drivers, providing information to customers and other staff, and addressing service issues/failures in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- 2+ years dispatching experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Bus operations experience preferred
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and customer focused
- Proactive mentality towards problem solving
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to work with computer systems and follow specific business rules for data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)
