What You Will Do
Coordinate work force needs, review applications and resumes, interview qualified candidates, provide disposition updates to HR, extend conditional offers of employment, coordinate first day of work and orientation for new hires, visit job sites to maintain connectivity with trades staff and jobsite supervisors, and implement hourly wage assessments, merit increases, and incentive programs.
