Role OverviewThe Sponsorship & Business Development Representative will help grow sponsorship and non-dues revenue opportunities for MetroTex Association of REALTORS. The role involves building relationships, developing and managing a sponsorship pipeline, and working across multiple teams to deliver an exceptional sponsor experience.
What You Will Do
The representative will proactively identify and develop prospective sponsors and affiliate partners, promote and sell sponsorship opportunities, manage the sponsorship sales pipeline, and develop and present sponsorship proposals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, consultative sales, partnership development, relationship management, or a related revenue generating role
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand partner objectives and connect them with meaningful sponsorship and engagement opportunities
- Strong organization, follow through, and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage prospects, relationships, priorities, and deadlines while collaborating effectively across multiple departments
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using databases, tracking tools, and reporting systems to manage sales activity and sponsorship commitments
- Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for Association events, networking opportunities, and committee meetings
