The Sporting Goods Team Member will provide a positive and efficient customer experience, greet and engage all customers, and maintain customer readiness standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders
  • Previous retail or related experience preferred
  • Team Members who handle or sell firearms must be 18 years of age or older, pass a background check, and comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws and regulations with respect to the sale, storage, and safe handling of firearms
