Role Overview

The Sports Attendant assists the Program director in providing exemplary service to members and participants, ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, players, and spectators. The role involves incorporating the values of honesty, respect, caring, faith, and responsibility into daily functions.

What You Will Do

Daily tasks include performing safety checks, setting up and breaking down equipment, ensuring games begin and end on time, and responding to injuries. The Sports Attendant will also communicate YMCA policies, promote the YMCA mission, and participate in fundraising campaigns.

Requirements
