Role OverviewThe Sports Based Youth Development Specialist will use their passion and expertise in sports, health, and fitness to change young lives. They will lead multiple sessions each day with their team, teaching athletic skill development, coaching teams in inter- and intra-school competitions, and ensuring the UD Team's Core Values of Teamwork, Leadership, and Communication are in the forefront of each session.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include executing the SBYD curriculum, delivering engaging Health curriculum and weekly team circles, co-leading HiRisers and College All Stars workshops, and overseeing daily team transitions and monitoring student behavior.

- Bachelor's Degree

- Ability to function well as part of a team and work independently

- Ability to actively engage with students and move throughout the school as needed
