Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, the Sportsbook Ticket Writer will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome at our sports book. The ideal candidate will be an expert in our menu of sports betting options, helping customers make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
  • 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting
  • H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 21+ years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license
