Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk while supporting Guest Services and hotel leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
  • Hotel or resort experience strongly preferred
  • Marriott experience preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
