Job Description
The Squad Leader/Master Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, removing, installing, replacing, re-building, repairing, and testing parts/equipment on construction equipment. The role also involves leading and coaching other technicians, as well as performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairing engine, power train, hydraulic, and electrical components at an advanced level on numerous model lines.

Requirements

  • High school education or GED
  • Eight years of Cat equipment experience
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb on and underneath equipment
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Cognitive reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
