Role Overview

Works under minimal supervision to provide exemplary customer service in a large contact center environment, facilitating patient appointment scheduling and relaying critical information.

What You Will Do

Resolves complex patient scheduling issues, serves as liaison to clinic leadership, reviews appointment scheduling for accuracy, and precepts onboarding employees.
