Job Description
Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Client Partner(s). The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, serving as subject-matter experts for the business they support, and collaborating with Account Management leadership on sales enablement initiatives for internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills
  • Operational excellence through process rigor, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional coordination
  • Audience-driven & solutions-based media planning experience
  • Experience in managing deals across multiple deal types including DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP and Live
  • Data fluency and the ability to translate insights into data-driven storytelling
  • Proven project management skills with ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, iSpot, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
