Job Description
Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Client Partner(s). The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, serving as subject-matter experts for the business they support, and collaborating with Account Management leadership on sales enablement initiatives for internal teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry
Excellent client service and relationship management skills
Operational excellence through process rigor, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional coordination
Audience-driven & solutions-based media planning experience
Experience in managing deals across multiple deal types including DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP and Live
Data fluency and the ability to translate insights into data-driven storytelling
Proven project management skills with ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders
Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, iSpot, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
