Job Description
The Senior Accountant will serve as a trusted financial partner within Renuity, playing a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that drives decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).
  • 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing complex financial statements.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
