Job Description

This role supports full-cycle accounting operations, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, audit preparation, and grant-related fiscal oversight within a values-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Prepare and post month-end and year-end journal entries, allocations, and accruals in accordance with GAAP
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain integrity of the general ledger
  • Support daily cash activity, internal transfers, and cash flow projections
  • Assist in annual budget development and monthly variance analysis
  • Prepare audit workpapers and respond to auditor requests
  • Maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements
  • Support federal indirect cost rate calculations and cost allocation methodologies
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
