Role OverviewJoin the Department of Psychiatry as a Sr. Administrative Associate and play a key role in supporting faculty and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at the new Texas Behavioral Health Center. This position is responsible for coordinating essential administrative functions, including provider scheduling, timekeeping, and position management, while helping ensure smooth daily operations.
What You Will Do
Manages and directs administrative and business functions of division or unit, prepares or assists in preparing annual budget, monitors budget, maintains or coordinates maintenance of budgets and grants, supervises staff members, and coordinates faculty and classified staff recruitment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Directly related field.
- 5 years Related experience to include two (2) years supervisory experience
- 2 years Previous supervisory experience or experience in a lead role.
