Sr. Admissions Representative

Requirements

• Consistently operate within and evaluate monthly activity against minimum activity standards
• Develop and manage action plans to meet qualitative performance standards
• Professionally assist prospective students through the admissions process
• Use telephone and in-person interviews to identify student prospects
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain frequent contact
• Partner with other departments to ensure delivery of high-level service
• Work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changes in work environment or schedule
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide a positive, professional impression
• Ability to work and succeed individually and as part of a team
