Job Description
Role Overview

Assist in the development and implementation of ad hoc operational reports/queries, design and maintain reporting processes, and support business partners in data analysis and system table maintenance.

What You Will Do

Provide data and analytical support to Customer Service Departments, analyze Key Performance Data, develop and monitor KPIs, and collaborate with IT to develop the data warehouse.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be analytical, detailed oriented, and well organized, with excellent MS Office applications skills and working knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience in Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Analytical and detailed oriented

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically and internationally
