Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Demand Planning & Commercial Intelligence role integrates demand planning, commercial analytics, and process optimization to support the Simmons Animal Nutrition Business Unit and commercial organization.

Requirements

  • Maintain and enhance demand forecasts for key accounts and product categories
  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business plans
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for sales volume trends and margin performance
  • Synthesize syndicated data sources and internal sales data into forward-looking insights
  • Support project initiatives including innovation launches, customer scorecards, and market-entry evaluations
