Job Description
As a Sr. Real Estate Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Real Estate Team working as a Hybrid employee. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Real Estate and play a key role in supporting the Americas Real Estate team with reporting, analytics, and transaction management for a diverse and evolving portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred
  • 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management, corporate real estate or related experience
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project/programs with limited and shared resources
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and operate independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership of solutions, and a constant drive to improve results
  • Travel-up to 25%
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and database applications
